¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anindya Shashtri, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3.

¶2Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection in providing the order passed under Section 129 (3) of the Central Goods and Services Act, 2017, which has to be in Form GST MOV 9.

¶3We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the concerned opposite parties to provide the aforesaid order in the prescribed form to the petitioner within 15 days of the receipt of this order.
