Petitioner claims to be bhumidhar of Gata Nos.102 and 202. However, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that there is a house built by the petitioner on an adjacent land which is Abadi land although she claims that it is an old Abadi. Learned Standing Counsel says that the said house is partly on Gata no.210 while the other part is on Gata No.202. The said Gata No.210, according to Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel is Abadi land wherein certain persons who are private parties are claiming right of passage. We cannot decide such issues pertaining to easements, title or possession etc. Petitioner may avail other remedies as per law. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. (Brij Raj Singh,J.)
