¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2Counter affidavit filed today in the Court by learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents is taken on record.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that in this case final report has been filed in court on 11.12.2024.

¶4Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition on merits and wants to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy in available in law in appropriate proceedings.

¶5Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶6In view thereof, the present petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with liberty as prayed by learned Counsel for the petitioner.
