¶1Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) Issue a writ, order direction in the nature of or Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties No.2 to 4 to get removed the encroachment done by opposite party No.6 to 9 over the land bearing Gata 334 Kha area 2.5260 and 867 area 0.4050 hectare, recorded as Pond and Gata No.864 area 0.0690 hectare recorded as Chak-marg in the revenue records, situate in Village Gaura Basantpur, Tehsil Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar, in accordance with law."

¶2Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that proceedings for eviction have already been initiated.
