¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) to issue a suitable order, or direction under the supervisory jurisdiction to the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-1st, Court no.23 to expeditiously decide the Execution Case No.19 of 2019 (Anil Mishra vs Pankaj Mishra (Deceased)) and Execution Case No.21 of 2019 (Anil Mishra vs Omkar Mishra) in a time bound manner considering the facts and circumstances of the present case;"

¶2Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing that the executing Court shall endeavour to decide the execution case with all expedition, preferably within six months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
