Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "(a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.1 to 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation of the case noted at First Information Report No.129 of 2024, under Section 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station Beeghapur, District Unndao, F.I.R. dated 04.07.2024 as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." Learned A.G.A., who is present for the State, on instructions, states that in this case, final report has been filed in Court. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the final report or avail another remedy in appropriate proceeding.
