¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Praveen Dwivedi, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Canara Bank and Sri Raja Rahul Singh, who is appearing on behalf of respondent, subsequent purchaser. The Vakalatnana is taken on record.

¶2The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.12.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, DRT whereby, the matter was directed to be adjourned for

17.12.2024 and the interim order was not extended.

¶3Considering the fact that the issue is pending before the DRT, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the DRT to decide SA No.841 of 2023 in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
