¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a) To issue appropriate order or direction commanding the Respondent No. 1 to decide the claim petition No. 810 of 2018 in re: Sudhir Punia vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.1, which is pending before respondent no.1, within the stipulated period;"

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the claim petition. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the Tribunal shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously and in accordance with law.
