¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) issue a direction thereby directing to the opposite party No.1 Civil Judge (Junior Division) South Room No.24 District Sultanpur, to decide the suit bearing O.S. No.46/2020" Zulekha and others Vs. Shakiya Begum and others" which is pending for disposal since 2020, within stipulated time, in the interest of justice"

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with administrative guidelines of this Court.
