¶1Present petitioner has been filed with the following relief: "I. Issue appropriate order or direction to direct the learned FTC Senior Division Sultanpur/court concerned to decide the execution case no. 01/2020 (Rajeshwar Prasad & others vs Ram Ji Jaiswal), expeditiously as early as possible."

¶2Earlier, the petitioners had approached this Court through writ petition being Matters Under Article 227 No.4860 of 2022 which was disposed off vide order dated 15.12.2022.

¶3In view of directions already being there, no fresh directions are required.

¶4The petitioners are permitted to file a copy of the earlier order before the executing Court for its compliance.
