¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "A. suitable direction to issue order or direction commanding the opposite party No.1/ Civil Judge Senior Division Ambedkar Nagar District-Ambedkar to decide the restoration application Case No.23/2018, titled as Jagram & others Versus Ram Jee & others, seeking recall of the order dated 08.05.2018 passed in Original suit no.174/ 2014, i.e. pending since 05.07.2018 before the Civil Judge Senior Division Ambedkar Nagar District-Ambedkar, within specific time frame preferably with one month and issue order or direction commanding the private opposite parties to maintain the status quo till the disposal of the restoration application."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the restoration application with all expedition, preferably within four months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
