¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court Room No.20, District Barabanki to decide the Original Suit No.162 of 2011 (Shiv Mohan Lal vs. Jai Ram and others) expeditiously as early as possible."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
