¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Opposite party no. 2 and 3 District Magistrate District-Barabnki, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Nawabganj, District-Barabanki to decide the applications dated 27-11-2024 moved by the petitioner through registered post, as the contained in Annexure No. 2 and 3 to this writ petition.

¶3Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed a representation, contained in Annexure no.2, the respondent no.3 is directed to take action on the said application in accordance with law and if any offending constructions are standing on the chak-marg, the proceedings may be initiated for removal thereof.
