¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner, in spite of several opportunities, is unable to answer the queries of the Court as to the procedure for implementing the order passed under Section 16 of the U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulations of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972.

¶3We are not supposed to execute the orders under the aforesaid provisions of U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulations of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972. The petitioner may avail other remedies as may be permissible in law.
