¶2The petitioner is aggrieved by the inclusion of the opposite party no. 6 in the death certificate/ Register (Birth and Death). The said records are maintained under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969. As per the amendment in the said Act dated 11.8.2023, there is provision of an appeal under Section 25 A of the Act, which has not been availed.
