¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for State-opposite parties no.1 to 5.

¶2Considering the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite parties no.6 to 13 is dispensed with.

¶3Supplementary affidavit filed today in Court, is taken on record.

¶4The petitioners have filed this petition on the strength of some decree passed in a Suit for Partition by the Civil Court way-back in 1968. The allegation is of violation of the decree by opposite party no.6. There is a mechanism for execution of the decree and limitation prescribed for the same. In any case, we cannot go into such questions pertaining to a dispute between private parties. The petitioners may avail other remedies as may be prescribed in law.
