Home Lucknow And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Gauri Shankar Maurya,Vinod Kumar Maurya Counsel for Respondent :- Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.

¶1On 27.11.2024, this Court has passed the following order:- "Ms. Divya Muarya, Advocate holding brief of Sri Gauri Shankar Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to argue the case on the next date of listing and prays for some reasonable time to prepare the case. In view of above, the case is adjourned for the day. List this case on 05.12.2024. It is made clear that on the next date of listing, the matter would not be adjourned on any ground including the ground of illness and an appropriate order would be passed even in absence of learned counsel for the petitioner in the first call."

¶2Again on 05.12.2024 this Court passed the following order:- "Certified copy of the order dated 05.04.2018 issued on 09.04.2018 placed before this Court is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to prepare the case. In view of above, the case is adjourned today. List/put up this case on 18.12.2024. Taking note of nature of dispute involved in this case, it would be apt to observe here that the case would not be adjourned on the next date of listing on any ground and appropriate orders would be passed in first call even in absence of petitioners' counsel."

¶3Today when the case called out, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition. However, learned counsel representing side opposite is present in the Court.
