This petition has been filed for issuing a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party nos.1 to 4 to order for making fair investigation of Case Crime No.0370 of 2024, under Section 87 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita,2023, P.S.Mailani District Kheri. Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that in this case final report has been submitted before the supervisory authority. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application raising all his grievances before the supervisory authority, who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
