¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 15.7.2024 passed under Section 125(1) Cr.P.C. in Crl. Misc. Case No.1838 of 2023 and its related subsequent order dated 22.11.2024 passed under Section 128 Cr.P.C.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision against the orders impugned or to take any other remedy as permissible under law.
