Judgment

Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 11011 of 2024 Petitioner :- Sanjay Kumar Mishra Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Transport Deptt. Lko And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Jayshanker Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J.

¶1Heard Shri Jayshanker Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing counsel for the State.

¶2The relief sought herein is in the teeth of an interim order operating in a petition filed by the opposite party no. 5 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India bearing No. 5499 of 2024, therefore, we can not consider it. Moreover, we find that this is purely a private dispute. We do not express any opinion but, it is to be considered by the learned Single Judge as to how a Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been entertained in such a matter.

¶3The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to either move appropriate application before the learned Single Judge where the petition is pending or if he so advised to challenge the orders passed therein by way of an appeal if permissible in law. .
