¶1Heard Shri Uttam Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Let petitioner's revision under Section 78 of the U.P. Minor and Mineral (Concession) Rule 1963 if it is in accordance with Rules and is pending be disposed of at the earliest, say, within a period of three months.

¶3In the interregnum if the petitioner presses his application for interim relief the same be considered and decided at the earliest, say, within a period of 15 days of submission of certified copy of this order.
