¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties no.1 to 4.

¶2In view of order being passed, notices to opposite parties no.5 & 6 stand dispensed with.

¶3Mr. Upendra Singh, learned State counsel has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition in view of the fact that petition has been filed against a dead person with opposite party no.6 Smt. Vidhya Devi having already expired as indicated in the order dated

07.05.2024 passed by Nayab Tehsildar concerned.

¶4In view of such objection being raised, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh.
