Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State. This is the second bail application filed in Case Crime No.143 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201, 34 I.P.C., P.S. Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 15.05.2024 passed in criminal misc. bail application No. 8028/2023. Perused the record. Perusal of the record shows that while rejecting first bail application, trial court was directed to expedite the trial within a period of two years. Within one year, on the same grounds, the second bail application has been filed. Considering the gravity of the offence and the evidence collected by the prosecution as well as the fact that before completion of two years, the second bail application has been filed, I am not inclined to entertain this second bail application.
