¶1No one appears for the petitioner - Insurance Company.
¶2Heard the counsel for the respondents - claimants.
¶3The present writ petition has been filed by the Insurance Company challenging the award dated 13.09.2019.
¶4The issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 02.09.2024 passed in Writ C No.7308 of 2024 (Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. vs. Ram Swaroop and others).
¶5Thus, following the said judgments, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed.
¶6The amount, if any, deposited in this court shall be transmitted to the Permanent Lok Adalat for reimbursement in accordance with law.
