under
Sections 323/324/326/34/307/504/506 IPC, Police Station Gosainganj, District Sultanpur. From perusal of the First Information Report as well as the record, it transpires that there are serious allegations against the applicant and he has committed the offence, while he has attempted to murder. The role of the applicant is apparent. There are other evidence against the applicant, as such, this Court do not find any good ground to intervene in the matter. Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to satisfactorily substantiate that the applicant would not tamper the evidences and would not threaten the witnesses and the apprehension of arrest has also been denied. The instant anticipatory bail application is, accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 19.12.2024 kkv/ High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
