Revenue Code, 2006. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case the opposite party no.5 is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings after holding an opportunity of hearing to all concerned and in case there is no legal impediment.
