¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct the Opposite Party No.2 / Learned Special Judge, POCSO Act-1", Lucknow to decide the Session Trial No. 2108/2023, 'State Vs Rajan Kumar Raj', under section 376, 384, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Ghazipur, District-Lucknow, arising out of Case Crime No. 158/2023, under section 376, 384, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Ghazipur, District Lucknow, pending before him since year 2023, expeditiously.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

¶5In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct the Opposite Party No.2 / Learned Special Judge, POCSO Act-1", Lucknow to decide the Session Trial No. 2108/2023, 'State Vs Rajan Kumar Raj', under section 376, 384, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Ghazipur, District-Lucknow, arising out of Case Crime No. 158/2023, under section 376, 384, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Ghazipur, District Lucknow, pending before him since year 2023, expeditiously, in accordance with law after giving adequate opportunities to both the parties.
