¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I. Issue an appropriate order or direction directing the Learned Court of Civil Judge (J.D.) South, Court No. 24, Sultanpur to decide the application for temporary injunction filed under order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C filed in Original Suit No. 1686 of 2024 (Madhuri Vs Surekha), pending before it, expeditiously. II. Issue an appropriate order or direction restraining the defendant/opposite party, her associates and revenue and police authorities from interfering in possession of the petitioner/plaintiff over the suit property and raising any construction thereon till disposal of the application for temporary injunction."

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
