The learned counsel for the opposite party has submitted that identical matters have already been decided by this court in a bunch of writ petitions, the leading case being Writ Writ-A No.11709 of 2024: Union of India Vs. Nebboo Lal. There is no dispute between the parties that the matter is identical. Thus, the matter is squarely covered under the judgment rendered by this court and deserves to be decided of in terms of the same. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
