Ramrati vs. Ashok Kumar and others) pending before him expeditiously say as early as possible, in the interest of justice." Considering the aforesaid prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court - Civil Judge (Junior Division) South, Lucknow to decide the aforesaid regular suit in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, expeditiously, say within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
