The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue an order or direction thereby commanding and directing the learned Civil Judge (J.D.). Purwa, Unnao to expedite the proceedings and decide the temporary injunction application No.5-C pending in Regular Suit No.151 of 2023, Smt. Kusum Bala Versus Dr. Vinod Sonkar within such time bound period as may be deemed fit and fixed by this Hon'ble Court." Considering the aforesaid prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.). Purwa, Unnao to decide the aforesaid injunction application in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, expeditiously, say within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
