Considering the aforesaid prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the aforesaid injunction application in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, expeditiously, say within a period of four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
