¶1The instant petition, filed purportedly, in public interest for a direction to the respondents to prevent unauthorized and illegal constructions near Naka Hindola crossing.

¶2Learned counsel for the respondents states that the encroachment have been removed from time to time.

¶3No one is present for the petitioner to controvert the submissions of learned counsel for the respondents. Consequently, we are not inclined to examine the issue any further.

¶4The petition is disposed of accordingly.
