¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following main prayer: "I) to issue an order or direction to the learned Additional Principal Judge, Court No. 6, Family Court, Lucknow to conclude and decide the Divorce Suit numbered as Regular Suit No. 4147/2022, titled as 'Vivek Dixit Vs. Swati Dixit' under section 13(1)(i-a) Hindu Marriage Act, contained as Annexure No. 5 to this petition pending in the court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Court No. 6, Family Court, Lucknow expeditiously within stipulated period in the interest of justice"

¶3Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2022, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the trial court in accordance with law expeditiously. Order Date :- 20.12.2024 J. K.
