¶1Heard.

¶2The petitioner's counsel submits that the application seeking permission for organizing a fair on the occasion of the Urs of Hazrat Ajmeri Peershah Rahmatullah Alalh at the Dargah Shareef located in Gram Sadarpur Mahmudabad, Sitapur is pending consideration before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mahmudabad, Sitapur.

¶3The aforesaid fair is to be conducted from 01.01.2025 to 25.01.2025.

¶4Without entering into the merits of claim of the petitioner, if any such application is pending and is maintainable, then, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority as per law, but, with expedition i.e. by 31.12.2024.
