This petition has been filed for issuing a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to conduct fair, effective, speedy,just and impartial investigation of the case bearing Case Crime/FIR No.0316 of 2024 registered at Police Station Kasimpur, District Hardoi. Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that in this case final report has been prepared and submitted before the supervisory authority. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application raising all his grievances before the supervisory authority, who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
