¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Uttari, Unnao to expeditiously decide the application for interim injunction filed in Regular Suit No.724 of 2024 (Virendra Kumar and others Versus Mahdei and another), pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Uttari, Unnao, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

¶2Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
