¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. To issue an order or direction commanding the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malhiabad, Lucknow i.e. Respondent No.01, to expeditiously decide the Application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (C-6) filed in Regular Suit bearing no. 889 of 2024 In RE: (Mohammed Izlal Siddiqui v. Mohd. Ijmal & Ors.), pending before it."

¶2Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
