¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Direct the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kunda, District-Pratapgarh to decide the Regular Suit No.723 of 2023 "Sarju Prasad Versus Gautam and others" pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kunda, District-Pratapgarh within a time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
