¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Court below i.e., Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.22, Barabanki to decide the R.S. No. 1291/2011. Smt. Nasimum Vs. Ramu & another expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
