¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. issue an order or direction to the learned Additional Principal Judge VII Family Court Lucknow to decide Matrimonial Case No. 4052 of 2023 registered as CNR No.UPLK020076442023 pending since 07.12.2023 within the stipulated time, period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for securing the ends of justice in the light of Section Section 21B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ("21B (2) Every petition under this Act shall be tried as expeditiously as possible and endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of service of notice of the petition on the respondent."). In the interest of justice. Copy of suit dt. 07.12.2023 is annexed herewith as Annexure-No.1 to this application."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off with direction that the application moved by the petitioner for expeditious disposal shall be considered and decided by the Court concerned in accordance with law.
