¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. To direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No. 38 Barabanki to decide the Regular Suit bearing No. 247/2022 Ram Shankar Gupta and others Versus Smt. Savitri Devi and others pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No. 38 Barabanki pending, in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
