¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I. Issue an order or direction commanding the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 16, Rae Bareli to decide the suit being case no. 369 of 2022 (Raj Kumari VS Saraswati) expeditiously which is pending since 2022, within stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
