¶1The prayer made in the instant petition filed in public interest is for a direction to respondents to remove encroachment from the link road.

¶2Learned State Counsel submits that the encroachments have been removed. In this regard, he refers to paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 of the counter affidavit.

¶3No one is present on behalf of the petitioner to controvert the stand of the respondents.
