¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a) To issue petition, order or direction commanding the opposite party no. 1 to decide the 'Application for Dismissal of Suit' dated 01.11.2022 having paper no.- C-18 filed in PA Case No. 53/2019 in re: Smt. Usha Singh v. Smt. Rajni Malhotra and the entire case within a fixed reasonable period of time as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition;

(b) To issue writ, order or direction commanding the opposite party no. 1 to dismiss PA Case No. 53/2019 in re: Smt. Usha Singh v. Smt. Rajni Malhotra being not maintainable."

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
