¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) Sadar, Pratapgarh, to decide the Suit for permanent Injunction No. 723 of 2016 Savitri Versus Phoolchandra & another pending before him expeditiously as early as possible."

¶3Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2016, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order.
