¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i).Issue a direction thereby directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) South Court No.24, Sultanpur to decide the suit for permanent injunction having Original Suit No. 630 of 2022 "Asha Dubey Vs. Ram Narayan and others" pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), South, Court No. 24, Sultanpur expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition, in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2022, the applicant may move an appropriate application before the trial Court for expeditious disposal. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
