¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Namit Sharma, learned counsel for the contesting opposite parties.

¶2Let the petitioners approach opposite party no.2 by way of an application raising specific grievance with regard to the alleged encroachment on public path etc whereupon opposite party no.2 may get the matter inquired and take such action as may be permissible in law but with expedition. If nothing happens within two months, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again.
