¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. Issue a suitable direction to the court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.38, Sultanpur to decide the Regular Suit No. 1342 of 2008 "Ram Bahadur Vs. Vishwanath" pending before him expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible (contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition) in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
