¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondents to hold a fair inquiry in relation to illegal allotment of houses under a Government scheme.

¶2No one is present for the petitioner to press the writ petition.

¶3Learned Standing counsel states that illegal allotment had been cancelled and eligible persons have been issued allotment orders. He refers to para 5 of the counter affidavit.

¶4As there is no one present to rebut the said stand of the State-respondents, therefore, we are not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter.
